Ordinary site visits
The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, timestamp and security events.
Analytics and consent
Hair Doctors Turkey uses Google Tag Manager to manage a Google Analytics 4 measurement tag. Consent Mode is set before the tag loads: analytics storage is denied unless you choose “Accept analytics”, while advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation remain denied. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may use first-party identifiers and process information such as visited pages, approximate location, device and browser details, referral source, interactions and visit timing. If you choose “Necessary only”, analytics storage remains denied. Google may still receive limited, cookieless technical signals under Consent Mode. We do not use this setup to collect names, email addresses, medical information or correction documents.
Your choice
Your preference is stored locally in your browser as hdt-consent. You can reopen “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page, change your choice, clear local browser storage or use browser privacy controls. A new choice applies to future measurement from that browser.
Emails and correction submissions
If you contact the editorial address, the information you choose to provide—including your email address, documents and correspondence—is used to assess and respond to the request. Do not send unrelated sensitive health information. Documentary material is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the editorial record, legal obligations and dispute handling.
Published professional information
Doctor profiles compile professional information from public and documentary records for an independent research purpose. A doctor or authorized representative may request review of inaccurate or outdated facts by sending supporting evidence to info@HairDoctorsTurkey.com.
External services and future changes
The site does not embed third-party social feeds or use advertising pixels. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are provided by Google. We will update this notice and the consent controls before introducing materially different tracking or advertising services.
