Who actually performs your hair transplant in Turkey?
A clinic brand and a named doctor do not tell you who performs the procedure. Research the medical doctor, operating model and evidence for hairline design, extraction, channel opening and implantation.
No ranking. No automatic claim that the named doctor performs every stage.
Randomly selected doctor profiles
A rotating sample from the full research directory.
No ranking A fresh random sample is selected from all 171 profiles on every visit. Its order does not indicate recommendation, quality, sponsorship or editorial priority.
Doctor associated with the clinic—or doctor performing the procedure?
Turkey offers many different hair-transplant operating models: procedures substantially performed by a named physician, defined doctor-and-team workflows, supervised-team models and clinics whose division of work changes by package. They should not be collapsed into one marketing label.
Hair Doctors Turkey records the doctor's formal medical background separately from their role in hair restoration, then examines the operation stage by stage. A check mark requires doctor-specific evidence. A question mark means the public record is not yet specific enough—not that the doctor never performs that stage.
The aim is a usable research record for patients seeking doctor-led care and for physicians who want their operating model represented accurately. Profiles are not rankings or guarantees. They show what is documented, what is provider-reported and what still needs direct written confirmation.
Ask who performs each stage.
“The doctor is involved” is not a complete answer.
Medical assessment
Who assesses diagnosis, donor capacity, medical history and candidacy?
Hairline design
Who makes and approves the treatment plan, shape and graft distribution?
Extraction
Who removes the follicular units and manages the donor area?
Channel opening
Who creates the recipient sites that determine angle, direction and distribution?
Implantation
Who places the grafts, and which trained team members participate?
Supervision is recorded separately because medical oversight does not prove personal performance of extraction, channel opening or implantation.
Read the stage-by-stage decision guide →One claim. One source. One evidence label.
Official physician pages, professional directories, institutional records and patient reports answer different questions. We retain those boundaries, date the public source log and leave unsupported operative stages unresolved.
Read our verification methodology →Doctor-led, team-delivered or package-dependent?
These terms are not standardized. A more reliable comparison names the people responsible for each decision and technical stage.
Compare operating models →Turn a marketing promise into a written operator map.
Use a doctor-, stage-, package-, location- and date-specific checklist before travelling or paying a deposit.
Use the verification checklist →Go beyond the doctor card.
Topic guides connect operating-model questions to individual physician profiles and public evidence.

How does Hair Doctors Turkey verify a doctor?
We compare physician identity, medical education, formal specialty, current workplace and accepted credentials across public institutional, professional and provider-published records. Every field is kept separate so an unverified claim does not become a verified fact.
Is “hair transplant specialist” an official medical specialty in Turkey?
No. The directory shows the doctor’s formal medical specialty, such as dermatology or plastic surgery, when it can be confirmed. If no completed residency specialty is verified, the medical-specialty field is shown as General Practitioner.
Does every listed doctor personally perform the whole procedure?
Not necessarily. Supervision, hairline design, channel opening, extraction and implantation are tracked separately. A check mark requires doctor-specific evidence; a question mark means the stage has not yet been verified.
What does “not yet verified” mean?
It means the evidence reviewed so far is not specific enough for a check mark. It does not automatically mean the statement is false or that the doctor does not perform that activity.
Are doctors ranked, recommended or sponsored?
No. Doctor order is randomized and does not represent quality, recommendation, sponsorship or editorial preference. The directory is a research tool, not a ranking.
How can I submit a correction?
Send dated documentary evidence to info@HairDoctorsTurkey.com. Corrections are reviewed under the same evidence standard used for every profile.
