Biography and Medical Education
Dr. Doğan Turan is a hair-restoration physician, medical director and co-owner of FUECAPILAR in Istanbul. His official biography records medical education in Istanbul, public-service and medical-centre leadership, and a hair-transplant practice dating from 1999.
Turan graduated from Istanbul Medical School in 1986. After compulsory military service he began his medical career in İzmir. The FUECAPILAR biography says he founded Deniz Private Medical Center and Deniz Hair Transplant Center in 1999 and continued medical-aesthetic work there until 2006.
From 2001 to 2005, the same biography identifies him as chief surgeon in the General Directorate of Health Services for Borders and Coastal Zone of the Turkish Ministry of Health. In 2005 he founded Karşıyaka Çesav Medical Center in İzmir.
He moved his professional focus to Istanbul in 2012, working as a hair-transplant surgeon, medical aesthetician and general manager. Since 2018 he has been listed as medical director and co-owner of FUECAPILAR. The clinic's published portfolio includes FUE and implanter-pen workflows.
The provider biography reports more than 3,500 hair-transplant operations since 1999 and names IAHRS and World FUE Institute affiliations.
